The Social Media Manager is an integral part of Feature’s success, managing all social media platforms and influencer marketing program. This position reports to the Content Manager and is aligned with the companies omni-channel strategy. The Social Media Manager role will be hyper-focused on driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and a strong sense of community through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content on all social media platforms.


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years experience managing Social Media for premium brand
  • Experience building and managing teams
  • Background or interest in footwear industry preferred


  • Define evolving strategies to keep our social media at the forefront of our industry
  • Build channels that resonate with outreach consumers without alienating our core audience
  • Manage and oversee social media content on all channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr and TikTok
  • Tell consistent brand stories on all social media channels that is aligned to our marketing calendar and brand guidelines
  • Optimize most important social media KPI’s daily
  • Builds strategy for scaling annual brand campaigns and driving incremental growth in key categories
  • Write captions that are socially relevant and always on brand
  • Precisely schedule posts aligning to content plan
  • Works to find opportunities to partner with relevant brands to reach new audiences, scale awareness and growth
  • Create and publish Instagram Reels and Tik Toks
  • Measure and report the success of social media campaigns
  • Support our retail stores by giving them the appropriate voice and exposure on relevant social channels
  • Manage and grow Influencer Program and coordinate Influencer Campaigns
  • Ensure that all social media content and copy is optimized for search engines
  • Represent social media in weekly marketing and planning meetings
  • Ensure that social media DM’s, mentions and comments are responded to within defined SLA
  • Submit creative briefs to the creative team for content production
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Prepare weekly executive dashboard communicating KPIs for respective channels

  • Flexible and works well when having to pick up new projects and content on the fly
  • Sees projects through from beginning to end
  • Handles pressure and has the ability to step in and help when needed
  • Understands that Social requires adaptability and attention 7 days a week
  • Inspires, leads, and motivates team members when the pressure is on and when deadlines are difficult
